2. Website Development Services (WordPress, Shopify, Wix)
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.
- If a client cancels the project after work has commenced, payment will be required for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Once a website is completed and approved, no refunds will be issued.
3. E-Commerce Stores
Due to the custom setup, design, and configuration involved in building online stores, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
4. Social Media Management
- Monthly social media management services are billed in advance.
- Clients may cancel with written notice before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for services already delivered during the current billing period.
5. Digital Products or Add-On Services
Any digital assets, graphics, marketing materials, or add-on services provided are non-refundable once delivered.
